DIGITAL STORYTELLING WORKSHOPS
Digital Storytelling Workshop Tour
Open Sky delivered nine in-person digital storytelling workshops to 140 Herefordshire young people in February and March 2024.
During the workshops Claire and Lisle from Open Sky screened short excerpts from productions including COLD, Homework and Shrimp to introduce practical learning elements: writing for the screen, devising scenes and shooting live action.
The participants worked through a series of exercises to write, devise and then film their own draft short scenes.
100% of participants surveyed said they learned something new
90% of participants learned several new skills
